Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Create a Tank Group

• Navigate to Settings → Operations → Tank Groups.

• Create a new Tank Group for the tanks that require alarm notifications.

Step 2: Add Tanks to the Group

• Begin typing the tank name and select the specific tanks to include.
• Alternatively, use predefined conditions to automatically select tanks that should be part of the group.

Step 3: Configure Notifications

• Go to Reports → Notifications.
• Click Create New Notification.

Step 4: Set Up Alert Notifications

• Choose the type of alert notification to configure.

• Select or create the appropriate Contact Groups with valid email addresses.

  • You can add an email address without creating a user account by typing the email and pressing Enter.

• Contact groups can be edited in the Users Section.
• You can add or remove email addresses from contact groups at any time.
• Ensure that all recipients’ email addresses are correct to avoid missed alerts.
