By following these steps, you can quickly set up new users in Anova Connect. The automated onboarding process makes it simple for users to securely access the app and access the information of their assigned sites or tanks.
Anova Connect can be downloaded for Android and iOS:
Step 1: Access the Users Section
- Open the Anova Connect app.
- Navigate to the Users section from the main menu.
Step 2: Create a New User
- Click Create New User.
Select Single to add one user at a time.
Step 3: Enter User Information
- Fill in the required details such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Set Visibility
- In the Visibility field, type the name of the site/tanks the user should have access to.
- Select the appropriate site/tanks.
- Click Verify to confirm access permissions.
Important Notes
- Passwords cannot be manually created or changed by administrators.
- In compliance with GDPR procedures, an automated email will be sent to the new user.
- This email will include instructions for:
- Creating their own password.
- Downloading the Anova Connect app on their device.
